I just want to give a shout out to skinit.com, a site where you can get all kinds of skins for a whole load of gear, including a Macbook pro like the one I have above. The reason I got this was after having scratched the top of the computer by dropping a fork onto it (and it was totally devastating, having gained a beautiful and slightly erotic relationship with my laptop) I bought myself this very snazzy-looking cover which, hopefully, will protect it from any cutlery dropping antics.
Another good thing, as you can guess from the picture above, is that you can choose your actual model of electronic, not just a rough size outlne so you can get one that comes with the outline of the glowing apple logo cut out just like mine. I think that is very cool and I’ve since ordered one for my iPhone.
So go check out skinit.com if you want your gear to look cool and have some added protection. And try to avoid dropping anything sharp onto your expensive electronics too.
